Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: create job postings, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and support hiring decisions
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation to ensure new hires feel welcomed, trained, and integrated
  • Support employee relations with professionalism, discretion, and fairness
  • Maintain HR records, personnel files, and compliance documentation
  • Assist with benefits administration, PTO tracking, and payroll coordination
  • Support performance review processes and employee development initiatives
  • Maintain company policies and ensure compliance with Florida and federal employment laws
  • Partner with leadership to foster a values-driven, engaging workplace
  • Track HR metrics, help streamline processes, and implement system improvements
  • Support company culture initiatives, events, training, and communication
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of human resources experience (construction, manufacturing, or small-business environments preferred)
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, regulations, and workplace compliance
  • Professional, approachable communication style with strong confidentiality and discretion
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and digital tools
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and support a fast-paced, growing team
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Compensation & Benefits
  • Full-time, W-2 position
  • Salary Range: $60,000-$75,000, depending on experience
  • $20 daily lunch credit provided to all employees
  • Quarterly performance bonuses (minimum $1,000, with potential for more)
