Position: Human Resources (HR) Coordinator
Facility: Beach Breeze Rehab and Care
Location: West Palm Beach, Florida
Shift: Full-Time
Pay Rate: Up to $28 per hour

As our HR Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in strengthening our team and building a thriving workplace culture.

• Drive employee engagement through morale initiatives, effective discipline practices, and benefits/payroll support (including terminations and changes).
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Department of Health standards.
• Lead recruitment efforts: source, screen, and interview candidates to secure top talent.
• Manage core HR functions, including I-9 documentation, workers’ compensation, disability claims, and FMLA administration.

• Experience: At least 2 years in Human Resources; skilled nursing experience preferred.
