What You’ll Do
  • Drive recruitment for assigned business lines from sourcing and screening to offer.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, design hiring strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Develop creative and targeted recruiting campaigns that attract top talent in competitive markets.
  • Identify and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • Manage applicant data and ensure accuracy and compliance within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Represent Morse Life at job fairs, campus events, and industry conferences.
  • Facilitate selection discussions and guide hiring managers through the decision-making process.
  • Collaborate on onboarding and credentialing to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Maintain strong relationships with new hires to encourage referrals and gather feedback.
  • Stay ahead of trends in talent acquisition; always bringing new ideas to the table.
