We are seeking a Benefits Specialist to support employee benefits administration for a large workforce. This role focuses on open enrollment
, data entry, and handling employee benefits inquiries across medical, dental, and vision plans. The position is a long-term contract-to-hire and requires working onsite five days a week.

• Support open enrollment activities and benefits administration
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain benefits records
• Respond to employee questions related to benefits plans
• Assist with benefits administration across medical, dental, and vision
• Handle benefits-related paperwork, reporting, and documentation

• 1–3 years of experience in benefits or HR administration
• Hands-on experience with open enrollment
• Proficiency in MS Office
  , especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week
• Must be able to pass an in-depth background check and drug test
