Position: Human Resources (HR) Coordinator

Facility: Beach Breeze Rehab and Care

Location: West Palm Beach, Florida

Schedule: Full-Time

Pay Rate: Up to $28 per hour

As our Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a key role in employee engagement, compliance, and recruitment—helping to build a strong, motivated, and high-performing team.

• Promote employee engagement through morale initiatives, disciplinary processes, and benefits/payroll support, including terminations and status changes
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including Department of Health standards
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
• Manage essential HR functions, including:
  • I-9 documentation
  • Workers’ compensation
  • Disability claims
  • FMLA administration
• Serve as a trusted HR resource for staff and leadership while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience; skilled nursing or healthcare experience strongly preferred
• Preferred:
  Experience in a unionized environment is a plus
• Skills:
  
  Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
• Professionalism:
  Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, integrity, and sound judgment
