Trustbridge Hospice, a part of Empath Health, is seeking an organized and customer service focused Dispatcher to join our team in West Palm Beach
. This position is onsite.
This entry level, full-time position works Thursday through Sunday, 9:30 a.m – 8:00 p.m., ensuring a seamless, empathetic experience for patients and families during one of life’s most meaningful transitions.
Since 1978, Trustbridge Hospice has cared for more than 200,000 South Florida families. As a community-based nonprofit, we provide 24/7 hospice and palliative care, along with caregiver support and bereavement services for families facing serious illness.
What You’ll Do- Ensures deliveries, service calls and pick-ups are routed, dispatched and completed in a timely and quality manner.
- Appropriately coordinates with customer service personnel, healthcare providers, customers and multiple service level personnel.
- Tracks the activity of each technician and provides status and ETA information when requested.
- Maintaining the high standard of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) services we provide to our patients

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years prior dispatch experience preferred.
- Knowledge of computers including Microsoft Word, Excel level 1, Email and some type of inventory software program.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Goal driven with demonstrated ability to manage tasks in a fast paced environment under minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail with demonstrated ability to work within deadlines.
