Role Description

This is a full-time, on‑site role based in West Palm Beach, FL, for the position of Medical Assistant. The responsibilities include supporting healthcare providers in patient examinations, taking vital signs, updating and maintaining patient records, preparing examination rooms, and assisting in medical procedures. The role may also include administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments, managing front desk operations, and communicating with patients regarding their care plans and follow‑up instructions.

Qualifications
  • Clinical skills, including taking patient vital signs, assisting in medical procedures, and maintaining a sterile environment
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and communicating care plans
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate patient care and coordinate with a healthcare team
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast‑paced environment
  • Relevant certification as a Medical Assistant or completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is preferred
