Radiologic Technologist / CT Tech
Responsibilities
- Under direct supervision of the Radiologist and Department Manager, deliver radiographic imaging to patients of all age groups.
- Utilize equipment and techniques for general radiographic procedures, mobile radiographs, and operate mobile fluoroscopy units during surgical and invasive procedures.
- Perform diagnostic imaging and related procedures to demonstrate anatomy and obtain specimens for interpretation.
- Apply appropriate patient care and recognize patient conditions essential for successful completion of each procedure.
- Be available for on‑call duties and arrive at the facility within thirty minutes of notification.
- Cross‑train and float into other areas to meet facility needs, and assist in cross‑training and orientation of others as requested.
- Recognize signs/symptoms of stroke, call a stroke alert, and verbalize the stroke alert process.
- Maintain currency in stroke knowledge by completing the annual 1‑hour online training.

- Current State of Florida license.
- Current ARRT registry in Radiology.
- AHA Healthcare Provider BLS.
- Proficiency with computer skills.
- English verbal and written fluency.
