• Prepare, review, and issue accurate invoices for business-to-business accounts
• Analyze billing data to ensure revenue accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and account variances
• Partner with internal teams (sales, finance, operations) to support revenue integrity
• Maintain detailed records and documentation to support audits and reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and controls

• Experience in B2B billing, revenue analysis, or accounts receivable within a corporate environment
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable handling repetitive, meticulous, and data-intensive work
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred)
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize in a structured, fast-paced setting
