A global leader in life sciences is seeking a Cost Accountant/Analyst to join their team. This role provides timely, accurate financial insights to support data‑driven decision‑making and optimize spending across support functions.

• Serve as the primary financial partner for operations, evaluating the cost impact of changes in manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain to analyze inventory variances and develop strategies to meet financial targets.
• Support monthly financial reviews, including variance analysis and performance reporting.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic financial projections.
• Provide financial support for daily operations and ad hoc business initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance financial systems used for reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Support the evaluation and management of capital expenditure projects.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and perform special assignments as needed.

• Proficiency in cost accounting and financial analysis.
• Advanced skills in Excel, including Vlookup and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with large ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial modeling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in finance or accounting, including cost accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years working in a manufacturing environment.
• CMA is highly preferred.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self‑motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Permanent position based out of Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

The pay range for this position is $90,000.00 - $/yr. Work for a leader in their industry offering benefits including health/medical/dental insurance, PTO, 12% bonus based on company performance, 1 WFH day, etc.

This is a fully onsite position in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
