Seeking a driven Business Valuation Associate to join an established litigation support practice. This role is ideal for someone with business valuation experience who enjoys analytical work and wants long-term growth within a collaborative, in-office environment. Candidates must be local - this position is 100% on-site.

• Competitive base salary of $85,000–$120,000

• Assist in preparing business valuation reports for litigation, estate planning, divorce, and shareholder matters
• Analyze financial statements, market data, and economic trends
• Support lost profits and economic damages calculations
• Perform industry and company-specific research to support valuation conclusions
• Work closely with senior valuation professionals on client engagements
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout analysis and reporting
• Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Prior business valuation experience
• Strong analytical and quantitative skill set
• High attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Interest in pursuing professional designations (CPA, CFA, ASA) preferred
