ICAM Capital Management is seeking a seasoned Family Office Controller to oversee and manage the financial operations of a sophisticated family office. This is a unique opportunity for a finance professional with light CFO-level experience and a strong background in family office environments to join a dynamic and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for the family office and related entities.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Coordinate with external advisors including tax professionals, legal counsel, and investment managers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and reports for family stakeholders.
- Monitor investment performance and assist with portfolio reporting.
- Handle trust and estate accounting, philanthropic initiatives, and other family-related financial matters.
- Support strategic financial decision-making and long-term planning.
- Proven experience in a family office setting, ideally in a Controller or light CFO capacity.
- Strong understanding of high-net-worth individual financial structures, including trusts, partnerships, and investment vehicles.
- CPA or equivalent preferred.
- Exceptional discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
