A leading global multi manager platform is looking to bring on an Analyst to a discretionary investing team focused on convertible bonds and related capital structure opportunities. This role offers exposure to convertibles, credit, and equity-linked instruments, supporting a senior Portfolio Manager with a strong track record.

• Security Analysis:
  Perform deep-dive analysis on convertible bonds, including pricing, structure, and embedded options.
• Capital Structure Research:
  Evaluate issuer fundamentals, credit metrics, and equity valuation to identify relative value opportunities.
• Modeling & Valuation:
  Build and maintain models for convertibles, including credit spreads, implied volatility, and option-adjusted pricing.
• Trade Support:
  Assist in structuring and expressing trades across convertibles, credit, and equity-linked instruments.
• Market Monitoring:
  Track new issuance, corporate actions, and secondary market flows; maintain watchlists and dashboards.
• Communication:
  Prepare concise investment memos and present findings to the PM and team.

• Experience (2-4 years) from one of:
• Investment Banking / Restructuring
• Analyst at a credit or equity pod with exposure to convertibles or capital structure investing
• Strong understanding of financial statements, credit analysis, and equity valuation.
• Demonstrated interest in convertibles and hybrid securities.
