Customer Service Rep

OverviewJoin a leading performing arts organization as a seasonal Box Office Associate. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys engaging with the public and delivering an exceptional patron experience.
Key Responsibilities- Process subscription, ticket, and group sales
- Support patrons via phone, email, and in-person
- Manage data entry in ticketing/CRM systems
- Assist with event setups and seating manifests
- Generate sales reports & reconcile with finance
- Assist marketing campaigns with patron lists
- Handle inquiries and special requests with care
- Customer service/ticketing experience preferred
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Detail-oriented multitasker, tech-savvy
- Hands-on experience with a leading arts organization
- Work in a dynamic, patron-centered environment
