Park Team Member at Kids Empire

Team Members are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or comments that guests may have while present at Kids Empire. Team Members work with families and peers throughout the park to ensure guests have an excellent and safe time at Kids Empire.

• Attend to customers promptly, greet them, and make them feel comfortable in the park ambience.
• Operate the check-in process by having guests sign the liability waiver and collect guest information (address, name, email, phone) using an iPad.
• Operate the front cash counter: process payments (cash or card), manage cash flow, and provide exact change when needed.
• Verify billing transactions at the POS and ensure accuracy of amounts.
• Organize and stock beverages, snacks, chips, and ice cream; monitor snack inventory and coordinate with management to replenish stock.
• Walk the floor to ensure there are no unsafe hazards and that guests follow park rules and guidelines.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures (tables, chairs, playground equipment).
• Assist and participate in family events and help events operate efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Frequent bilateral hand movements and good finger dexterity.
• Able to work in noisy environments with children and music.
• Work in a hectic and busy environment during scheduled hours.
• Comfortable with heights and tight spaces.
