• Facilitating one‑hour life skills sessions with K‑2 learners, providing coaching and reinforcing literacy concepts delivered by Reading Specialists
• Inspiring students to progress through adaptive learning applications and meet their weekly academic targets
• Guiding emotional regulation, resilience, and critical thinking through consistent routines and supportive interactions
• Monitoring individual student development and challenges, identifying concerns proactively, and modifying approaches in partnership with your team
• Building a classroom environment that balances structure, playfulness, and individualized attention

• Must be available to work full‑time and on‑site at our location in Chicago, IL;

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with children ages 4‑7 in educational settings, after‑school programs, coaching roles, or comparable contexts
• Dynamic communicator and engaging presenter: capable of capturing and maintaining the focus of young children in group settings
• Capable of maintaining high expectations for both yourself and students, while motivating children to achieve their objectives
• Growth‑oriented mindset and receptiveness to coaching
• Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring sponsorship

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
