What You Will Be Doing- Facilitating one‑hour life skills sessions with K‑2 learners, providing coaching and reinforcing literacy concepts delivered by Reading Specialists
- Inspiring students to progress through adaptive learning applications and meet their weekly academic targets
- Guiding emotional regulation, resilience, and critical thinking through consistent routines and supportive interactions
- Monitoring individual student development and challenges, identifying concerns proactively, and modifying approaches in partnership with your team
- Building a classroom environment that balances structure, playfulness, and individualized attention
- Delivering instruction in core subjects – our Apps handle that

Basic Requirements- Must be available to work full‑time and on‑site at our location in Chicago, IL;

Lake Forest (Orange County), CA - Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with children ages 4‑7 in educational settings, after‑school programs, coaching roles, or comparable contexts
- Dynamic communicator and engaging presenter: capable of capturing and maintaining the focus of young children in group settings
- Capable of maintaining high expectations for both yourself and students, while motivating children to achieve their objectives
- Growth‑oriented mindset and receptiveness to coaching
- Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring sponsorship

Working with usThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position.
