The kindest thing you can do for a student who earned 99% is to withhold calling it 100%. If that idea troubles you, this role is not a fit. If it resonates, continue reading.

Students at Alpha do not attend traditional lectures. They advance through adaptive applications, mastering material at double the rate of conventional classrooms while developing practical life competencies. Your responsibility is to ensure three commitments are fulfilled for every student in your group: they develop a love of learning, they progress at 2x speed, and they acquire skills beyond any textbook. You will also develop the Guides who deliver these same commitments throughout your campus.

Your day begins with data review. Analytics reveal which students are progressing and which require intervention. By mid‑morning you are facilitating a live workshop, guiding a group of K‑8 learners through exercises in public speaking or concentration using Alpha's established framework. After lunch you observe a Guide's session, then provide them with three concrete actions to refine their execution. On certain days you serve as the motivational force in energy‑building sessions, converting leader board rankings into momentum.

You remain directly engaged with your own student group while cultivating Guides who can meet your benchmark, and as they succeed, your influence extends from a single cohort to an entire campus.

You will witness reserved children present with confidence to adults. You will see a student who once "despised school" request to remain after hours. And you will understand that the standard you maintained is precisely what enabled their growth, because upholding expectations demonstrates your belief in their capacity to meet them.

If you have broken records, transformed underperformers into high achievers, and are prepared to do this for children: apply immediately.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Facilitating one‑hour live workshops for K‑8 students covering life competencies such as public speaking, concentration, and feedback exchange, using Alpha's established curriculum
  • Developing Guides through direct observation, precise feedback, and practical coaching so they execute workshops with equivalent energy and accuracy
  • Conducting daily motivational sessions designed to drive 100% of students toward weekly learning targets using developmentally appropriate incentives including school currency and competitive leaderboards
  • Analyzing Coachbot data and student records to determine which individuals require support, then providing direct intervention
  • Directly mentoring your own small student group, demonstrating the coaching and motivational techniques you expect from all Guides
What You Won't Be Doing
  • Creating lesson plans or developing curriculum. Students advance through adaptive applications; your role is to make the people supporting them exceptional.
  • Delivering traditional lectures. You are 80% motivator, 20% content expert; if your preference is standing at a whiteboard, this role is not suitable.
  • Accepting "close enough" from students. 100% mastery is the standard, and reducing it is not compassion.
  • Working from an office reviewing administrative documents. The majority of your time is spent in direct contact with students and Guides.
