• Engaging and inspiring students through consistent, direct peer-level interaction every day.
• Leveraging adaptive learning technology and AI tools to enable individualized learning progression.

• Delivering instruction in core academic subjects - our technology handles that.

• Ability to work on-site at one of the listed locations.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any discipline.
• Proven track record of exceptional achievement (examples include top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic-level athletics, national-level competitions, etc.).
• 3 years of direct experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles.
• Excellent verbal communication and public speaking abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
