What You Will Be Doing- Create and facilitate exceptional learning programs – Develop workshops spanning math, science, philosophy, and creative writing while offering individualized mentorship to 15-20 gifted learners advancing at 5-10x typical speed
- Identify and resolve cognitive barriers – Modify methodologies dynamically to support students who have surpassed conventional education and need to discover their intellectual advantage
- Apply AI for tailored instruction
- Partner and enhance – Improve workshop frameworks alongside colleagues and measure effectiveness through both qualitative insights and quantitative data
- Premier education credentials – Bachelor's degree from an Ivy League institution or comparable university
- Demonstrated academic distinction – National Merit Finalist, Olympiad medalist, accelerated college completion, or equivalent accomplishment
- Exceptional academic credential – Competitive scholarship recipient (Rhodes, Fulbright, NSF GRFP), membership in Mensa/Triple Nine Society, PhD holder, or experience teaching at the university level
- 3 years of mentorship background – Experience coaching, mentoring, or instructing students in any setting
- Regular AI engagement – Self-reported daily interaction with generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Geographic requirement – Readiness to relocate to or maintain in‑person presence in Austin (Georgetown), TX
- Employment eligibility – Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
