What You Will Be Doing- Conduct one-on-one and small-group coaching for PreK Guides, demonstrating instructional methods and recognizing measurable achievements
- Create and lead play-based learning sessions that integrate SEL, literacy, numeracy, and motor development, exemplifying excellence for the instructional team
- Evaluate and align Guide documentation on a weekly basis to ensure rubric consistency and clarity, facilitating calibration meetings to maintain milestone tracking visibility
- Develop family communications and facilitate team coordination meetings that unify focus and sustain collective commitment to campus-wide PreK readiness objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field;
Master's degree or specialized training preferred - At least 5 years of professional experience in early childhood education, early childhood development, or a related discipline
- Direct experience working with groups of young children between the ages of 3 and 5
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing play-based educational programs or curricula that support developmental milestone achievement, such as Montessori
- A minimum of 1 year coaching or managing an educator team with measurable performance accountability
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for producing family updates and ensuring team alignment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States with no requirement for visa sponsorship
- Commitment to working onsite at the Alpha Austin campus, with relocation support offered as needed

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
