- Coaching a small student cohort directly, demonstrating advanced mentorship and motivational techniques
- Creating traditional lesson plans – Guides support student learning through adaptive technology; you will train them to become outstanding motivators

- Running disengaging training sessions – you will develop Guides through dynamic, interactive, high-impact learning experiences
Key Responsibilities
Develop Guides and students to ensure every learner in your cohort is engaged with school, progresses at 2× the standard rate, and acquires essential life skills. Uncompromising excellence required.
Basic Requirements- Currently located in or prepared to relocate for on-site work at an Alpha Campus (Bethesda, MD; Chicago, IL; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA)
- Hold a Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or comparable area.
- Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training systems.
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities with experience building, managing, and inspiring high-performing teams.
- Background working with young people (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
- Skilled in data analysis and leveraging performance metrics to inform decisions and drive ongoing improvement.
- Authorized to work legally in the United States

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
