Alpha is transforming the traditional classroom experience. Our students don't passively absorb lectures—they accelerate through adaptive learning platforms, absorb material at twice the conventional pace, and develop practical life competencies simultaneously. Your responsibility is to ensure these "3 Promises" are delivered to every learner in your cohort and to develop our Guides to replicate that success.
You'll combine world-class coaching expertise with dynamic facilitation skills, converting workshops, performance‑driven team sessions, and precise feedback into powerful development experiences. If you've broken performance ceilings, transformed struggling contributors into top performers, or simply reject mediocrity, we want you leading excellence alongside us.
Why join Alpha?- Competitive metropolitan compensation – elevated salary structure aligned with high cost‑of‑living markets, exceeding our standard guide compensation.
- Comprehensive benefits package – full health benefits and ample paid time off.
- Relocation support – provided for exceptional candidates.
- Development‑focused environment – access to coaching, professional training, and defined advancement opportunities.
- Developing and coaching Guides to deliver Alpha's workshops with exceptional quality.
- Building comprehensive Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, effective learning activity design, and challenge resolution strategies.
- Delivering consistent, targeted feedback to Guides that drives student participation and academic performance.
- Personally mentoring a select student cohort, demonstrating advanced coaching and motivational techniques.
- Developing curriculum content – your Guides support student learning via adaptive platforms; you concentrate on training them as outstanding motivators.
- Compromising on excellence – when our success threshold is 100%, your responsibility is upholding that standard.
- Running dull training sessions – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, energizing, experiential learning.
