We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Traumatologist to join our dynamic and collegial team at a busy Level I Trauma Center in Delray Beach, Florida
. This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with highly skilled colleagues and access to advanced surgical technology and support systems.

• Provide comprehensive orthopedic trauma care for acute injuries, including complex fractures and polytrauma cases.
• Participate in trauma call rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform both operative and non-operative management of musculoskeletal injuries.
• Collaborate with trauma surgeons, intensivists, and other specialists as part of a multidisciplinary trauma team.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, trauma peer review, and performance improvement processes.
• Document and maintain thorough and accurate patient medical records.
• Participate in trauma committee meetings and ongoing trauma program development.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery (required).
• Active or eligible for unrestricted Florida medical license.
• ATLS certification preferred or ability to obtain.
