Business Development Representative | Architectural Visualization

Xrender Studio is a 3D architectural visualization studio based in West Palm Beach, Florida. We work with home builders, real estate developers, and architecture firms across the U.S., delivering high-quality renderings that help our clients sell, present, design, and build with confidence.

We have a clear process, a strong portfolio, and a growing client base. Now we need someone who can take our services to the next level by building relationships and closing deals.

You will be the first point of contact for new business. Your job is to find, approach, and close clients in the residential and commercial real estate space, as well as architecture and design firms. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to signed contract.

This is a results-driven role with real earning potential. Base salary is competitive, and commissions are paid per closed project, so the more you sell, the more you make.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with home builders, real estate developers, and architecture firms
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, and Linked In
• Understand client project needs and communicate how our services solve their specific challenges
• Prepare and present proposals and quotes in coordination with our studio team
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
• Represent Xrender Studio at local industry events and networking opportunities when relevant

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in architecture, real estate, design, or a related field
• Strong understanding of the real estate development or architecture industry
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working with a small, focused team
• Familiarity with 3D visualization, rendering, or design services is a strong plus
