The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, including managing the Project Architect to ensure the highest quality of construction documents. The role involves overseeing all project phases:
Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding, and Construction Administration. This position reports to the Client Executive/Principal Architect and is focused on Healthcare Architecture, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet PBK’s quality and client service standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field (required).
- Architecture License (preferred).
- 7+ years of professional experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit; familiarity with Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suites is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and healthcare architecture experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Willingness to make sound decisions and demonstrate good judgment.
