Job Overview

Med House, a sister company to R3 Health, is a premier wellness and longevity club that offers a cutting‑edge approach to proactive health, recovery, and aesthetics. Our members expect an elevated experience, and we’re looking for a Membership Experience Coordinator to ensure every visit is seamless, welcoming, and exceptional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Engagement: Greet and assist members, ensuring a warm and personalized experience from check‑in to check‑out.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointment bookings, service scheduling, and session confirmations to optimize efficiency.
  • Facility & Equipment Assistance: Guide members in and out of wellness equipment (such as infrared saunas, hyperbaric chambers, or cryotherapy) while ensuring proper use and comfort.
  • Hospitality & Service Excellence: Anticipate member needs, provide thoughtful recommendations, and elevate the customer journey.
  • Operational Support: Maintain the flow of services by coordinating with practitioners, ensuring a smooth daily operation.
  • Technology & Systems: Utilize Med House’s scheduling software and CRM to track member visits, preferences, and feedback.
  • Environment & Atmosphere: Assist in maintaining a pristine, welcoming space that reflects the Med House brand and ethos.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Background in hospitality, luxury concierge, spa/wellness, or high‑end customer service preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and create a seamless flow of operations.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and membership‑based services is a plus.
  • Interest in health, wellness, and longevity treatments is a bonus.
