Key Responsibilities:- Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage building access by monitoring entry points and verifying guest access.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Assist residents with packages, deliveries, reservations, and general requests.
- Coordinate with building management, security, and maintenance as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk/concierge area.
- Enforce building policies and procedures politely and consistently.
- Log incidents, deliveries, and visitor activity accurately.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies or unusual situations and report as required.
Pay Rate: $18-$22

Skills & QualificationsQualifications:
- Six (6) months to one (1) year of previous customer service, hospitality, retail (or related industry). Property Management experience a PLUS
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to multi-task, demonstrate initiative and strong work ethic
- Must be computer literate and able to use Microsoft, Excel, Word and Outlook
