Sunday to Thursday 11pm – 7am (Fri & Sat OFF)

Job Overview

As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll work independently, without direct supervision, using strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills. You will be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and greet residents, check guests, and service providers in/out. You will understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures, monitor and operate electronic security control systems, and accurately maintain daily logs, records, and forms.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and time‑management skills.
  • Monitor the Emergency Response System.
  • Greet and direct residents, guests, and invitees.
  • Monitor and control Electronic Security Control Systems.
  • Respond to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Control access to the building.
  • Maintain daily logs, records, and forms.
  • Resolve and follow up on all complaints/issues.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building or properties.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by the on‑site property manager.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Other duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
  • College‑level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
  • Two (2) to three (3) years of business experience preferred.
  • Computer literacy: command of information system hardware/software is preferred.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multiple language fluency is desirable.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 30 – 50 lbs.
  • Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods.
  • Handle, finger, grasp, and lift objects and packages.
  • Reach with hands and arms.
  • Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information verbally and in writing.
  • Navigate the property/building quickly and efficiently.
  • Complete all required forms.
  • Work extended hours and weekends as required.
  • Respond to emergencies promptly.
