Essential Duties & Responsibilities
We count on our Service Advisors to be Customer Service Extraordinaires. We strive to be the "Nordstrom of Auto Repair." Come and become an essential key player in this exciting project and a part of our award-winning service team.

- Be the center of communication between our auto repair company and our customers. Follow our belief in total transparency to sell repairs and services based on our customer's needs, goals, and desires. Assist customers both in-store and over the phone, email, or text to provide an exceptional auto repair experience.
What we are looking for?
- People-person is a must
- Shared belief in making a customer, not just a sale
- At least 2 years of automotive service writing experience or related customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented
- Desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment
How much can I make in this position?
Annual Compensation Range: $60,000 - $140,000+ (based on sales performance)
