Job Description
Graphic Designer to create engaging, on-brand creative assets that support our multi-brand content strategy, web design, and digital presence. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about visual storytelling, understands the fundamentals of design for the web and social media, and enjoys collaborating across marketing, content, and digital teams.
The Graphic Designer will work closely with content strategists, web developers, and brand marketing teams to deliver assets that elevate user experience, communicate complex ideas visually, and support both consumer and franchise development marketing efforts.
Key ResponsibilitiesWeb & Digital Design
- Design and optimize graphics, page layouts, and visual elements for brand and franchise development websites (primarily Word Press)
- Collaborate with content and web teams on landing pages, blogs, and other digital experiences
- Ensure responsive, brand-consistent design across all web platforms
- Create compelling and platform-specific social media graphics, including static posts, carousels, and light animations
- Design creative for paid social and digital ad campaigns in collaboration with performance marketing team
- Ensure designs align with campaign messaging, CTAs, and performance goals
- Translate complex information into easy-to-understand infographics and visual assets
- Support content marketing team with visuals for blogs, guides, and PR materials
- Maintain consistent use of brand guidelines across all creative assets
- Help evolve brand aesthetics across digital formats and contribute to shared style guides
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that includes web, social, and info graphic work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and/or Figma
- Experience designing for web and mobile interfaces, with an understanding of UX/UI best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects across different brands with varying creative needs
- Strong sense of typography, color theory, composition, and attention to detail
- Experience collaborating with content, web, and digital marketing teams
- Bonus:
Familiarity with Word Press, Hub Spot, Canva, or light animation tools (After Effects, Lottie, etc.)
