This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Estimator based in West Palm Beach, FL. The Senior Estimator will lead the estimation process for residential/production and commercial stucco and plastering projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities include reviewing construction plans, preparing detailed cost analyses and proposals, collaborating with project managers and clients, and maintaining relationships with contractors and suppliers. The role emphasizes attention to detail, budget management, and effective communication with stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

• Proficiency in cost estimation, plan review, and budgeting within the construction industry
• Strong team collaboration, communication, and client management skills to build and maintain trusted relationships
• Experience with on-site inspections, quality control measures, and construction safety standards
• Knowledge of materials and processes specific to stucco, plastering, and molding installations
• Proficiency in project management software and analytical tools
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as an estimator, preferably in the stucco or construction industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
