Mesocore is a client of de Anda Capital, and is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Construction Operations Lead to oversee the development lifecycle of residential and modular housing projects in Florida. This role is for someone who has run real jobs
, understands construction end-to-end, and can manage people, timelines, and execution without hand-holding.
This is not a desk-only PM role. You will be responsible for taking projects from pre-permit through installation and close-out
, coordinating closely with ownership, designers, and field teams.
- Act as the day-to-day owner
of residential/modular construction projects - Oversee permitting, scheduling, inspections, and installation sequencing
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and consultants
- Serve as the on-the-ground liaison between ownership and field execution
- Track budgets, schedules, scope changes, and construction risks
- Ensure work complies with Florida Building Code
and local regulations - Identify issues early and resolve them before they impact timeline or cost
- Support early sales and client walkthroughs when needed
- Gradually help standardize processes as projects scale
- Licensed General Contractor (Florida)or equivalent senior construction background
- 5+ years experience as a Construction Superintendent / Senior PM / Operations Lead or a relevant position
- Deep experience running residential projects from start to finish
- Comfortable managing crews, subs, inspectors, and demanding stakeholders
- Strong communicator — clear, direct, and reliable
- Practical, execution-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Understands construction economics, sequencing, and trade coordination
- Able to work independently and make judgment calls without bureaucracy
- Former Construction Superintendent
for high-end residential builders - Has run $5M–$10M+ custom homes or multi-unit residential projects
- Familiar with modular, prefab, or non-traditional construction systems
- Experience working directly with owners or small development teams
