This is a full-time, on-site role located in Wellington, FL, for a Roofing General Manager. The Roofing General Manager will oversee all aspects of the roofing division, including project planning, scheduling, and execution. Responsibilities will include team management, budget oversight, quality assurance, supplier coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety and building codes. The manager will act as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring that all projects meet their deadlines, quality standards, and cost objectives.
Qualifications- Strong leadership and organizational skills, including team coordination and time management.
- Proven expertise in roofing installation and materials, including asphalt shingles, metal, tile, and flat roofs.
- Knowledge of Florida’s building codes, safety regulations, and climate-specific construction challenges.
- Business and financial acumen, including budget management, project estimation, and vendor negotiations.
- Experience in client communication and relationship building to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Proficiency with project management tools or software, such as Microsoft Project or similar platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
- Availability to work on-site daily in Wellington, FL, with local travel as needed to visit project locations.
