Overview

Project Executive - West Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Project Executive to provide senior-level oversight of large-scale construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for overall project performance, client satisfaction, financial results, and leadership of project teams.

• Oversee multiple complex construction projects simultaneously
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams
• Drive project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and operations teams
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, schedule, and profitability goals

• 10+ years of construction management experience, including senior leadership roles
• Proven experience managing large commercial, multifamily, or mixed-use projects
• Strong financial, contract, and operational expertise
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification
