Job DetailsOur company is seeking a dynamic, detail‑oriented, and experienced Preconstruction Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will provide you with the opportunity to showcase your skills in project bidding, estimation, cost management, construction management, and budgeting. As a Permanent Preconstruction Manager, you will play a critical role in the planning phase of our construction projects, ensuring that our plans are feasible, financially viable, and can be executed efficiently.

- Oversee and manage all preconstruction phases of projects, ensuring plans align with project goals, client needs, and company standards.
- Conduct thorough project bidding processes to select suitable contractors and suppliers, ensuring cost‑effectiveness.
- Develop comprehensive Socket estimates and budgets, taking into account all potential costs and contingencies.
- Utilize your expertise in cost management to monitor and control project costs, ensuring projects remain within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure all plans are feasible and can be executed efficiently.
- Review and approve project designs and plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.
- Provide expert advice on construction strategies and risk assessment Rey Preventing potential issues before they arise.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure all preconstruction activities are completed on time and within budget.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, technologies, and best practices, implementing them where appropriate to improve our preconstruction processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in preconstruction management or a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven experience with project bidding, estimation, cost management, construction management, and budgeting.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, effectively communicating complex information to stakeholders.
- Proficiency with construction management software and other relevant technology.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
