You’ll have true autonomy in the field

- Autonomy & Ownership: Full control of your jobsite with leadership that trusts experienced Superintendents to deliver
- Elite Leadership: Work under a top-tier Project Leader known for developing talent and setting the standard in the industry
- Reputation & Transition Opportunity: Join a highly regarded builder that welcomes Superintendents transitioning from large-scale ground-up construction into luxury residential
- Lead all on-site construction activities from ground-up through closeout
, ensuring schedule, quality, and safety - Manage subcontractors, inspections, and logistics to run an efficient, organized, and high-performing jobsite
- Uphold exceptional build standards while delivering a smooth, professional construction process from A–Z
Luxury residential experience is not required. Candidates with strong experience delivering large-scale, ground-up projects and proven ability to run a construction site end-to-end are strongly encouraged to apply.
