We are a well‑established General Contractor with multiple locations across the US. Currently working projects include Multi‑Family, Offices, Data Centers, Higher Education Buildings, Laboratories, and Parking Garages.

• Oversee all stages of project life‑cycle management, from initiation to closure.
• Manage all project resources including subcontractors and materials.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with quality standards and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage any issues that arise, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
• Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project outputs are in line with project plans.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, focusing on hotel construction, municipality, and senior living projects.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex construction projects from start to finish.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey project details to all stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues before they arise.
• Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures.
