Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Estimator to join our team on‑site in West Palm Beach, FL, for a full‑time role. The Senior Estimator will lead estimation activities by analyzing project plans and specifications, preparing detailed cost estimates, and developing competitive bids for commercial and residential stucco and plastering projects. Responsibilities include refining bid proposals, collaborating with project managers and clients, managing proposals, and participating in project handovers.
The individual will play a vital role in ensuring accurate costing, budget adherence, and strong contractor relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in project cost estimation, bid preparation, and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of construction materials, stucco, plastering processes, and project management basics.
- Proficiency with estimation software, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Experience in the construction industry, specifically in stucco or plastering, is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
