Known for its exceptional culture, long‑standing client relationships, and commitment to quality, the firm is seeking an accomplished Senior Estimator to join its West Palm Beach team.

As a key leader in preconstruction, the Senior Estimator will guide the full estimating process—driving early conceptual budgets through detailed final estimates. You’ll lead and mentor the estimating team, collaborate closely with operations and preconstruction leadership, develop strategies for competitive proposals, and represent the company with clients, architects, and trade partners.

You will shape bid strategy, strengthen subcontractor relationships, and ensure the company continues to deliver accurate, transparent and highly competitive pricing across a diverse range of projects.

• 15+ years of estimating experience within commercial construction, preferably with a general contractor.

• Strong background in multifamily, hospitality, municipal, educational, or similar verticals

• Proven ability to lead estimating teams and manage the full preconstruction lifecycle.

• Expertise in evaluating drawings, developing budgets, and creating comprehensive bid proposals.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, Timberline
  , and related construction estimating tools.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors and internal teams.

• A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Business is preferred (not required).
