$18.00 - $20 per hour

We’re launching multiple new products across different industries, such as ice cream, chocolates, furniture, and more. We need a Project Coordinator who can juggle messy, fast‑changing work across very different industries, stay sharp in fast‑moving environments, keep teams aligned, and drive execution from idea to launch without needing hand holding.

• Plan and execute product launches across different industries
• Coordinate with production, suppliers, branding, and marketing
• Keep timelines moving and solve problems fast
• Track budgets, risks, and deliverables
• Ensure quality and compliance for food and non‑food products

• Experience managing product or operational projects
• Strong communication and follow‑up skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree (or diploma with strong experience) in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field
• Solid computer skills: MS Office Suite, ERP system, and experience with at least one project management tool (Trello, Asana, , Odoo, MS Project, etc.)
