• Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.
• Review and explain pricing estimates and repair times to customers.
• Follow up with customers to confirm service requests and complete service within estimated times.
• Ensure complete vehicle inspections are completed by technicians in a timely manner.
• Open and close the shop and keep the showroom clean and tidy.
• Manage technician hours, production, and cleanliness of the shop and shop equipment.
• Maintain inventory counts, organized purchase orders, returns, and core credits.
• Manage online appointments and quotes, following up on all online reservations.
• Perform other duties as needed, depending on business needs.
