Finance Clerk

Gunster seeks a Finance Clerk for its West Palm Beach office. This position is ideal for a motivated, detail‑oriented individual who is eager to learn new skills and grow within a fast‑paced professional environment. Strong computer skills and a willingness to learn billing and accounting processes are essential.

• Process daily deposits and accurately identify payments to maintain account integrity
• Review and edit pre‑bills for accuracy
• Produce and finalize client invoices
• Field incoming emails and phone calls regarding billing or payment inquiries
• Generate recurring and ad‑hoc billing and finance reports
• Follow established procedures, workflows, and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy

• Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, PDF tools, and ability to learn new software quickly)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with basic accounting or billing concepts is helpful, but not required
• A motivated attitude with a willingness to train, learn new concepts, and grow within the team
