Tannenbaum Capital Group (TCG) is an Alternative lender specializing in credit-based strategies, which include real estate lending, opportunistic credit, and private credit.

Role Description

THIS IS A TEMP TO PERM POSITION. (Hourly salary until hired full time) DO NOT apply if you cannot commute to West Palm Beach, FL. In office role.

Description
  • Keep the office and conference rooms organized and clean. Order all supplies and stock kitchen and copy room in a timely fashion.
  • Visit satellite office (within walking distance) twice a week.
  • Order lunches for executives daily and team lunch weekly.
  • Set up Zoom and Teams calls in conference rooms.
  • Receive packages from Fedex and UPS.
  • Support the office with any clerical needs when required.
  • File, scan, and answer phones in a professional manor.
  • Be in office five days a week. 8:15 to 5:00 with one hour lunch break. (some days may extend longer if there are additional meetings)
The Successful Applicant
  • College degree is not required.
  • Previous receptionist/admin experience is preferred.
  • Has worked in a corporate environment previously.
  • Interested in a contract to permanent opportunity.
  • Organized and can meet deadlines.
  • Can conduct self in a professional manner & is well spoken.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration practices.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom).
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a professional office setting is preferred.
