Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in West Palm Beach, FL, for a Human Resources Administration Assistant. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, performing executive and general administrative tasks, maintaining records, and assisting with employee communications and customer service. The role requires effective collaboration with team members and a proactive approach to maintaining an organized workplace.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes and practices
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in an on-site environment
- Familiarity with HR software and administrative tools is advantageous
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
