Overview

Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Senior Executive Operations Assistant to Founder for a confidential, mission-driven organization.

This is a 100% onsite, full-time role based in Palm Beach County, Florida
, supporting a founder-led organization operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

• Manage a highly dynamic executive calendar and shifting priorities with precision and discretion
• Coordinate complex domestic and occasional international travel arrangements
• Monitor and manage high-volume communications with urgency, professionalism, and sound judgment
• Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, documents, and action items from verbal or written requests
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, vendors, and ongoing projects across departments
• Act as a proactive problem-solver, anticipating needs and executing without hand-holding

• Demonstrated experience supporting a Founder or senior executive in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of follow-through and accountability
• High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion with sensitive information
• Ability to work full-time onsite with flexibility for extended hours and travel as needed
• Strong technical proficiency with modern productivity tools and the ability to learn new systems quickly

• Competitive base salary in the $80,000–$100,000 range, depending on experience
