Executive Assistant to Partner

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Experience: 1-3 years

Schedule: On-site

Compensation: 100k-120k base + bonus

About the Role

We are seeking a driven, resourceful, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support a Partner in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to grow their skills while supporting both day-to-day executive operations and value-add projects. In addition to traditional EA responsibilities, this role will assist with research, special projects, and various ad hoc needs
.

The ideal candidate is proactive, curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
  • Manage daily calendars, meeting coordination, and scheduling across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle inbox management, meeting prep, and follow-ups to keep the Partner organized and informed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Process expenses, invoices, and general administrative tasks.
Research & Projects
  • Conduct light research on industries, companies, people, and topics relevant to the Partner’s work.
  • Compile summaries, briefings, and reports to support decision-making.
  • Assist with presentation preparation, data gathering, and document creation.
  • Support ad hoc projects ranging from operations to client-related initiatives.
Operations & Communication
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Maintain organized systems for documents, files, and workflows.
  • Manage occasional personal or household-related tasks as needed.
  • Ensure overall smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to shift priorities quickly and handle fast-paced work with professionalism.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
