Job Title: Executive Assistant to Partner

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Schedule: Full-time, ideally 4 days per week on-site

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 base salary + bonus

About the Role

We are seeking a polished, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant/Research Associate to provide comprehensive support to a Managing Partner within a leading Financial Services Executive Search firm. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules and priorities in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, handling confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and board materials
  • Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up actions
  • Manage special projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Support business engagement beyond traditional administrative tasks
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Coordinator/Research supporting executives
  • Background in Financial Services or a related professional industry
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling tools
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs in a dynamic environment
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and cultural fit
