Executive Assistant for Family Office Principal. (West Palm Beach)
UHNW Family Office Principal who lives in Palm Beach seeks experienced Executive Assistant to coordinate his business affairs and ensure that his entire life runs smoothly. He used to run a hedge fund, and his private office runs with a supreme sense of efficiency and purpose. EA will work in his West Palm Beach office in conjunction with an established team in Stamford, CT as a point person for all business and personal affiliates.
The job requires the ability to synthesize multiple directives and initiatives while ensuring that he always has what he needs.
- Minimum 5 years supporting C-level or UHNW individuals
- Family Office or Private Wealth work experience preferred but not required
- BA/BS from US college
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office including Excel
- Superior communication skills (verbal, written)
- Experience with UHNW individuals and environments
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Capacity to complete tasks and projects within tight deadlines
- peccable discretion, judgment and professionalism in handling confidential matters
- Manage Principal’s daily life and proactively anticipate his needs
- Gatekeeper and for all professional, philanthropic and personal contacts
- Ongoing communications with CT-based Family Office, business affiliates, legal and financial teams, wife’s Personal Assistant, housekeeper and chef
- Maintain a dynamic and complex calendar
- High-level meeting and event planning
- Domestic and international travel planning with detailed itineraries
- Support personal and corporate projects and ensure operational excellence across properties and initiatives
- Collaborate on household and lifestyle management including vendor relations, luxury asset coordination and staff scheduling
- Travel as needed to various properties and offices (NY, CT) to support business and personal requirements
M-F 8:30am-5:30pm (after-hours availability as needed)
$150K-$180K/year + annual bonus and health insurance
