• Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and notifying relevant staff.
• Support the office manager by assisting with administrative functions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of conference rooms after meetings.
• Ensure the supply room and kitchen are consistently stocked.
• Handle ad hoc administrative tasks such as ordering lunch or supplies.

• 2 - 5 years of experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite.
