Location: Downtown West Palm Beach (Parking Provided)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm | Fully On-Site
Compensation: $85,000-$90,000

This is a highly involved Accounting Manager position suited for someone experienced, confident, and ready to own their function.
- Complete bank reconciliations
- Oversee Amex expense allocations
- Review Accounts Receivable (with support from an AR Clerk)
- Manage Accounts Payable and associated entries
- Lead month-end closing and reporting
- Recommend and implement process enhancements
- (Bonus) Support adoption or optimization of property accounting software
- 10+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Strong Quick Books expertise is essential
- Prior experience supervising at least one team member is preferred
- A proactive, process-improvement mindset-someone who offers solutions, not just execution
- Comfortable working in a small, all-women team with strong personalities (7-person office)
- No degree required-real-world experience matters more
